CRIMEThe Burnett County Now court follow-up desk has verified court records for three of this month's jail bookings, matching each booking to its case in Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA), the state courts' public record.
Seven bookings posted from the Burnett County roster, October 11–14
CRIMEOur Burnett County page posted seven new bookings from the county roster over October 11–14. Dakota R Mulroy, 32, was booked October 11 on a warrant offense, and Ryan D Richardson, 42, was booked the same day on a probation violation, a domestic abuse enhancer, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and felony bail jumping. Kenneth J Soens, 41, was booked October 12 on a charge of operating without a valid license (third within three years). Booked October 13: Mark W Higgins Jr, 36, on contempt of court (punitive sanction); Jacob D Hooverson, 31, on possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, and possession of methamphetamine; and Randy T Bedell, 48, on two counts of failure to appear and felony bail jumping. Aaron G Benjamin, 41, was booked October 14 on a probation violation.

Court follow-through: three October bookings now carry verified court records
CRIMEThe Burnett County Now court follow-up desk has verified court records for three of this month's jail bookings, matching each booking to its case in Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA), the state courts' public record.
Sheila L Labo, 58, was booked October 2 on a probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony bail jumping. Her case, 2026CF000145, was filed in Burnett County Circuit Court on October 6 and is listed as filed only — no outcome has been recorded. The desk's verified read notes a $500 cash bond posted and an initial appearance scheduled for October 28, 2026.
Michael A Reed, 32, was booked October 5 on a probation violation. The booking is a Department of Corrections probation hold; the court record linked to it is case 2024CF000194, filed September 10, 2024, which the court lists as closed. No new case from the October booking is on file.
Stephan P West, 31, was booked October 6 on a probation violation. The court record linked to that booking is case 2018CF000047, filed February 20, 2018, which the court lists as closed.

GUIDEWisconsin's Sex Offender Registry is kept by the Department of Corrections. People convicted of certain offenses — generally those committed on or after December 25, 1993 — are required to register, and the registry is the public's official way to check.
What it is not: it is not a list of everyone ever arrested, and it is not a full criminal history. The Department of Corrections has not assessed the specific risk of any individual listed, and an address shown in the registry can be out of date.
How to search: on the official site you can search by name, or by location — a city, county, or ZIP code. The site asks you to accept its conditions of use first, and the search happens there, not in this app: this app keeps no registry records of its own. Registry information can change at any time — the official registry is always the authority. If you believe registry information is inaccurate, contact the Sex Offender Registry Program at 608-240-5830.
